The 1929 Stock Market Crash saw many companies go to the wall and millions of workers without jobs. Many hit the roads and rail networks in hope of finding work. Jefferson Walden was 17 years old, married and a father to 3 boys, no job and thrown out of his home. He hit the road and headed for Lincoln; the Capital of Nebraska, hoping to find work and get his family to join him. He used the soup kitchens for food and on one visit, was offered work; but became tangled in a web of deceit and exploitation. The owners of the soup kitchen also owned a brothel attached to the soup kitchen and used hypnosis to change their new workers to submissive negro slaves. They saw themselves as negro, acted as Negros and knew no better. The worst part was that the hypnosis trigger was permanent as no release trigger was given to them. This story is about Jefferson and his journey through this mindless hell.
