Varsity Printing Team James Curtis Geist

Jim is in 9th grade in Allen High School. The colors are blue and yellow, and the mascot is a canary. Who has a canary as a mascot? My classes are English, Math, Biology, Phys-Ed, History, German and Printing Shop. I enjoy English and History, but I LOVE my Printing class. I enjoy the process of creation: from idea, concept, doodling, creating and editing until the final product is created. The creation is only real once it comes out of the industrial printer. Entering the Print Shop, the slight burning smell of the toner, plastic, Styrofoam, and floor was soothes my soul. It only smells better when Mr. Press is stewing a pot of coffee in his back office. The room is full of posters, banners, school colors, computers, drafting desks, the 3-D printer, the Laminating Machine and the Industrial Printer. My best friend is Richie. He grew up in Paterson before moving to Allentown. He grew up in a rough neighborhood, and no one messes with me, because that equal Richie putting a beat-down on any bully. I don't see myself working an office job in the future. I also don't want a job that will be stolen by a robot or Artificial Intelligence in the near future. I have a paper route where I make $100 every two weeks. There are things I want to buy. There is stuff I want to accumulate!There has to be an easier way of making money!
