For the Parent/Guardian: This journal is intended to be a fun diversion from the likely sense of isolation and inevitable boredom brought on by the recent pandemic with some writing prompts about the recent changes your child has had to go through. However, in the process of writing some of these answers, your child might come to you for some help not only for the name of the hospital in which he or she was born but also what is scary about life right now. So if your child hasn't asked questions about those changes, then maybe this journal can be a vehicle by which to start a conversation. And if so, then it will be a success.
