The misadventure began with a little bit of bad advice... Bobby McGillicutty's great-grandfather, Gumpy, is always full of bad advice. He's also notoriously nosy and spends his days spying on the neighbors. Well, just one neighbor: Mr. Dingleman. Obsessed with Mr. Dingleman, the mysterious experiments the mad scientist is conducting in his lair, and discovering whether dead bodies are involved, Gumpy convinces Bobby to investigate. The misadventure continued when someone did something they shouldn't... While investigating the mad scientist's lair (basement, really), Bobby and his friend, Posey, discover a strange machine. Before Posey can warn him not to, Bobby flips the switch on the machine. More misadventures ensued when superpowers were discovered and revealed... With "Government Agents" out to get them and plots of world domination being hatched, will Bobby and Posey (with a little help from some knitting-needle wielding old folks, a box of citrus, and a boa constrictor) figure out how to use their powers to save themselves and the world before it's too late?
