This book seeks to explain the unethical ways of a section of individuals professing to be professionals, armed with half-baked knowledge in areas like law, business, consultancy, and insurance engaged in ambulance chasing which is a refined and sophisticated term for unethical aggressive marketing. Many professions have their own segment of such chasing. However, only some of them are considered here as examples. The activities of the practitioners of this school of thought are unique in that they are coated with crookedness. They fleece their clients and customers harming their welfare to enrich themselves. Thus this art of sophisticated fleecing is redefined and stretched to include some other areas of human activity though the art originated in the automobile accidents arena. So due respect and credit is given to the profession of ambulance chasers which pioneered the art of ambulance chasing. The examples are partly fictitious and if some of them coincide with real life situations it is only for purpose of illustration and to impart a sense of humour.
