Living Yoga, The Way of Embodiment, is a path of awakening the soul within daily life. As the human embodied self draws closer to the qualities of consciousness of the deeper self or soul, and as the energy of that deeper self becomes more available, life takes on the perspective of sacred reality, and a living meditation can take place in the midst of daily activity.

The goal of Living Yoga is the same goal as all of yoga, namely, the complete joining of the human and Divine so that life can be lived in a new way, one that is capable of manifesting Divine consciousness within form. This is the evolutionary step forward that mankind is embarked upon now, and those who choose it consciously will accelerate what becomes possible for all.
