Welcome to Pelizor! Pelizor, often called the Magical City, is one of the Prism Realms premier cities. Pelizor's futuristic skyline of tall towers and spiral tall minaret towers is like no other. With flying coaches and carpets overhead, Pelizor is known for its flagrant display of riches, its casinos and theaters, and its white sandy beaches under a golden sun. To this end stands Pelizor's constabulary is considered second to none in its fight against crime. Among the small army of men and women sworn to uphold law and order, is a unit dedicated to the solving its most difficult crimes by the use of the most modern techniques known to magic and mysticism.
