Life pretty much sucks for J. D. Overworked, living paycheck to paycheck, his cheating wife divorced him, his car is a pile of junk that barely starts and he's only in his mid-20's! While slaving at his dead end job he finds out that his father died...a man he never knew. However, he leaves behind a challenge for J. D., one that he can't refuse. J. D. recruits his best friend and they pack for the trip of a lifetime. They set out in search of history, wisdom and some frosty cold ones. Toss in a lousy dancer, a restless nerdy ghost, a sasquatch confrontation, a UFO sighting and two angry mobsters trying to kill them and you have one hell of a raucous cross-country adventure. Alderwood continues with his unconventional style in this slapstick comedy for the ages.
