"Dear Ann, the holiday season is upon us! I have been so overwhelmed at work I haven't had time to properly prepare for the upcoming events. We are scheduled to host several parties in the following weeks. I prefer to serve chicken at these events as it is healthier and more cost efficient than red meat; what type of recipes do you suggest?"



Chicken is an all-time favorite around our house as well, and for the same reasons. We actually raise a few of our own chickens so this is something I am very familiar with in and around the kitchen. I recently published a couple of recipe books that focused on preparing Orange Chicken and Chicken Salads, which you can also find in the Amazon Kindle store.



For this recipe book I decided to change it up a bit and focus on a variety of Chicken Marsala recipes from around the world. The addition of wine in these cooking recipes really livens up the meal and makes for a memorable event when hosting guests. Some of these recipes are originals that I whipped together myself, others have been shared with me by my faithful readers.



A few of my personal favorites in this recipe book are the Rosemary Chicken Marsala, Chicken Marsala with Mustard Mascarpone Sauce, and the Easy Chicken Marsala Burgers. I am sure there are several within these pages that will tempt and tickle your taste buds.
