"Summer is upon us and I have quite a few events planned for this time of year. There are currently 17 birthdays, 4 weddings, 2 company picnics, and several holidays entertaining friends and family. I have to host or attend each of these functions, and bring a dessert dish, so this year I am focusing on Ice Cream Cakes. What do you have for me?"
Ice Cream Cakes are a favorite for just about any function. The big trick is keeping the cool enough that they don't melt before the cake gets carved and passed around to the party goers.
