If you had a credit card with no limit, what would you buy? Maxine Bridger lives in fear of her bank statement. She is addicted to coffee, magazines, cigarettes and Italian dresses. Her working day is spent in a dowdy shoe shop, far from the career she craves in fashion design. She shares a Brighton flat with two women. One of them, Cat, would be a music star if only she could only play the guitar, and a model if she could only stay off the bacon sandwiches. The property's owner, Heather, is a financial wizard.
