Just in time the almighty Stock 5 comes around in order to send out a wake up call for spring. Rico Casazza blesses us with his Soul Driver EP. The title track impresses with a badass houserhythm, adequately supported by jazzy chords that generate the space for the misty, soothed vocal in the background. -Soul Driver- is an afro percussion body mover, not to be missed in everyDJs case. This one?s followed by -Wa lking Backwards-, a huge and soulful stomper, catching our spoiled ears with some elegant synth melodies and truly massive sub basses. The flip providesa wide playground for notorious emixers. First on the scene are Cesare vs Disorder who implanted a serious guitar lick, making their -Supernatural Mix- a funked out trance disco housemonster. Matthew Styles ennobles this flamboyant release with a rather minimalistic approach towards the original. -Megamix Pa rt 1- is perfectly suitable to make the crowd all yours on a sunny Sunday after hour morning.
