With less production and instrumentation that her debut album Gratitude (2004), You're The One sees Saritah simplifying and taking the live band line-up into the studio. It features three new tracks, radio singles 'You're The One' and 'These Days' and dub-style 9 minute epic 'No Alternative'; a fatter, heavy-groove based version of 'Nothing To Lose', and 'Initiation', a song initially recorded in 2002 during the original album sessions.
