Hawaiian group Alea return with Origins, a feeling album of all new original compositions. Since the release of their critically acclaimed debut, Take me Home, Alea has tightened both instrumentally and vocally. Their well-balanced vocals are characterized by Rich Arlayers of harmony and Chad Takasugi's wonderful baritone highlights the solos. Ryan Gonzalez' wizardry on the ukulele, guitar and banjo continues to amaze and has spawned a flock of admirers. Kale Hannah's strong bass lines is the backbone of the music.
