Three-volume set of animated adventures following tank engine Thomas and his locomotive friends. In 'Thomas in Charge' Thomas takes on the task of clearing up the mess left after a coal truck accident before the Railway Inspector arrives at Knapford Station. The episodes are: 'Thomas in Charge', 'Henry's Good Deeds', 'O the Indignity' and 'A Blooming Mess'.

In 'Up, Up and Away!' Thomas and Percy try to deliver a huge balloon to Mr. Bubble's Big Balloon Show and Sodor Island hosts the Children's Steam Fair. The episodes are: 'Up, Up and Away', 'Wonky Whistle', 'Kevin the Steamie' and 'Emily and Dash'.

In 'Rescue On the Rails' the Sodor Island Search and Rescue Team does the rounds as Bertie, Gordon and Thomas all get into bother. The engines must work together to save their friends. The episodes are: 'Fiery Flynn', 'James to the Rescue', 'Edward the Hero' and 'Stop That Bus!'.
