1970s nature-revenge horror. In Fly Creek, Georgia, a storm knocks down some power lines which electrocute the soil and cause its worm inhabitants to develop a penchant for human flesh. With their electricity now cut off, the townsfolk are plummeted into darkness and struggle to defend themselves against the thousands of wriggly creatures that are out for their blood.
