Britten Benjamin
Collection of five operas composed by Benjamin Britten. John Graham-Hall leads the cast in 'Peter Grimes' (2012) with Robin Ticciati conducting the Teatro alla Scala Orchestra and Chorus. Paul Daniel leads the English National Opera Orchestra in a 2001 production of 'The Rape of Lucretia' featuring Sarah Connolly as the eponymous character.
'Billy Budd' (2010) stars John Mark Ainsley, Jacques Imbrailo and Philip Ens. The London Philharmonic Orchestra and The Glyndebourne Chorus are conducted by Mark Elder. Susan Bullock performs the role of Queen Elizabeth I, alongside Toby Spence as the Earl of Essex, in 'Gloriana' (2013).
Daniel conducts the Royal Opera House Orchestra and Chorus. Finally, 'Death in Venice' from 2013 also stars Graham-Hall as well as Andrew Shore and Tim Mead. The English National Opera Orchestra once again perform the score, this time led by Edward Gardner.
