Olof Dreijer, known as one half of electro-duo The Knife, steps forward with an explosive mix of colours and rhythm, carving a distinct path through modern club music with their sparkling debut solo album 'Loud Bloom'.

Across the album, Dreijer plays with the tension between pure pleasure music and their tireless urge for renewal. One can hear the structure of a Chicago house rhythm or the beat of a classic drum machine, but each time these elements are transformed into dazzling new expressions. Drawing inspiration from Akwaeke Emezi and their ability to convey progressive themes and visionary sci-fi through an accessible, romantic narrative, Dreijer creates a vibrant, unconventional dance music that feels both intuitive and easy to love.

Olof Dreijer is a producer, DJ, and musician, as well as a member of The Knife, and has for two decades helped push the boundaries of electronic music - always with a playful and colourful approach. Over the past decade, alongside his work as a producer, he has played DJ sets across Europe at clubs and renowned international festivals.
