The Indian and the Preacher
Doug Ball
When a man receives a command from God, he goes. He goes even if it is to warrior country. His task go to establish a school and church congregation in Phoenix. He is captured by a group of just the people he is led to teach and preach to, the Apache. His manhood is challenged and then his teaching. He finds a white boy amongst the tribe and then he finds combat. His service in China comes in handy. A cavalry attack on the rancheria leaves a teen Apache orphaned and the tribe takes on the duty of training him to be a warrior. An Apache leader is fascinated with the stories this preacher tells and wants to hear more. Who will win, the preacher or the Apache?
