There are special moments in life. They come out of the clear blue sometimes. As an example, one day I was stepping out of the shower and I had unintentionally looked in the mirror. My tummy and and chest were red from the hot water and the thinnest I had seen them since I was in high school. I felt young again. I am 79 years old and have learned that Hope never ends in America for God's children. We acknowledge Him as our God, search always for His guidance and hold on to our faith in Him, every day. Twenty three years ago I weighted 272 pounds and was not healthy. I turned to Him for wisdom after experiencing an unusual dream. In that dream I was retired and enjoying amazing health. I was much lighter and stronger. I was standing with a baseball glove in my hand waiting for someone to toss me the ball, and God did. I had learned in my career that most solutions to problems are found in the details. I had tracked details for multiple businesses and interviewed many different people. From those multiple companies I put together plans to solve their problems. Until enjoying that dream 23 years ago I had never thought of doing that to solve my health issues and weight problems. This is the fourth book in the Obesity Blockers Series detailing How I continued winning my battle with obesity.
