Constitution of the State of New York
New York State
New York Constitution establishes the structure of the government of the State of New York, and enumerates the basic rights of the citizens of New York. It's provisions are more detailed, and amended more often than United States Constitution. New York State has four essentially de novo constitutions in its history (1777, 1821, 1846, and 1894). This is the 1894 text, with its amendments.
