The exciting saga continues with Maxx and his team trying to make the country safer. Prophecies of danger force them into switching gears in the ways they help keep the streets safer. Maxx meets a couple people that have abilities who may be handy to have around in a crisis situation. After finding out a little about them, he asks if they would like to help if called upon. One of them, is so eager to have a better way of life than being on the streets, emerges into one of Maxx's trusted team members and helps him out when he calls. When Maxx becomes overwhelmed while searching out for a band of criminals, he becomes trapped in a sphere. Now that he, himself needs rescuing, can his team rise to the challenge and solve the prophetic riddle. When dawn aligns the Moon and Mars, the children of the elements will set him free.
