The Kid realizes he over extended on a development project and decides to bring in a business partner to shore up his finances before the villains find out. The LA Team heads to DC to lobby for the Oasis Project, Energy Bills, and counter the villains' efforts to neutralize their gains with the Institute. Lots of action, romance, and good clean fun.
