When I began writing this book, I was looking to provide insights for college students and young professionals. However, my hope is there are relatable experiences for every reader. There are a wide variety of books that dig deep and discuss what it takes to be a great leader and a successful professional. Despite the quantity of books, many of them simply overlook the most important traits of true leaders: the little things. These little things are what it takes to make that next step that propels you into great success personally and professionally.
