Gamer 1, the first book of the LitRPG Gamer series focuses on the lives of four young adults as they compete in a required virtual world named Skotopia.

Boone and his teammates battle opponents to earn skill points, weaponry and to rank up. Their individual success determines how they will live out the rest of their lives.

As children on the space station Kylos Magnus they are fortunate to be selected for Skotopian play. Failure to make the cut, or to compete well in the games, sends them to the impoverished planetary surface of Athlios. There they will have to engage in hard labor just to survive, without any prospect of seeing their families again.

When a new league opens, Boone and the Orange Dragons get their chance at a more luxurious and immersive experience. They jump at the opportunity without fully realizing what they are getting themselves into when they join.

The Gamer series has just begun. A wild ride of competitive action with strong relationship building will see this story through several installments.
