Because of the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic, members of the venerable Bucks County Writers (PA) Workshop began staging virtual meetings once a week with mixed results and sometimes hilarious technical complications. With that in mind, it was thought that a useful exercise for members would be for each to write something related to the pandemic in the form of a digital booklet. They came up with humor, journal-like narratives, fiction, essays, poetry, scathing satire, and occasionally a piece of creative work that is essentially undefinable, not to mention a stick-figure cartoon and a story seen from the perspective of the virus itself. Imagination in action. The result is this unpretentious collection of work that may well rival the contents of the nation's most prestigious literary magazines.
