Somewhere Over the Rainbow

A short story about a young girls' journey dealing with leukaemia and the treatment she recieved and the impact this had on her life. "... There in front of her as the most spectacular sight that she had ever seen. Below the band of rainbows colours stood a beautiful glimmering palace, which looked like it was covered in tiny sparkling diamonds. "Come on, this way," directed the purple fairy. On entering the palace, Eliza's breath was taken away by the Golden pillars, which sparkled when the light caught them. The pillars were on either side of a long hall, which led to a magnificent arched wooden door. Carved into it, were delicate flowers and butterflies. Eliza was amazed by this wonder. The door started to open gradually, creaking loudly as it did so."
