Filled with sketches of people, cartoons, pop art characters, and more, the author has delivered a reference work that anyone can view and learn from. The author describes how he works from selfies, video screen prints, old Dutch paintings, photographs of friends, vacation photos, and art reference books to find the images he decides to sketch. All the images in this book were sketched on an iPad Pro 9.7 inch using the Procreate 5 app. Once sketched in Procreate, the author then edits and enhances his sketches in other apps such as Insta Toon and Tangled FX to render the final look. This book is meant to be inspirational and hopefully motivates aspiring artists to go for it and to produce whatever comes to mind. Or, perhaps just have a chuckle at some of the sketches in the book.
