He also couldn't tell us how Baba Dragitsa was helping our immigrants by taking them to courts and government buildings to translate, filling out documents, helping them with money, housing, and so on. They had helped hundreds of people for free. I can not forget the evenings of the MPO's in which we Bulgarian patriots got together and sang patriotic songs and told stories. A gallon of rakia and chips were always provided by Dedo Kosta and Baba Dragitsa. Whenever someone toasted, "Cheers for Macedonia!", Dedo Kosta always added: "But don't forget Mother Bulgaria too!"
