Transforming or transmitting

"If our pain doesn't transform us, we will transmit it," says Franciscan Richard Rohr. So many of us are holding on to our pain as we hurt ourselves and in turn, hurt our friends and our families. Many of us have lived by the old cliche of "hurt people hurt people" and know it as true. We often hold on to the pain instead of letting it go.

Join us on a poetic journey of hope and healing where our pain can take us from hurt people who hurt people to healed people who can help heal. If we let our pain take us on the healing journey, we will no longer transmit it. We can let go, we can grow. We can be... TRANSFORMED!
