Sisters Naomi and Ester has had a strained relationship ever since they were children. They loved each other, but did not always know how to express that love to one another. Both were molested by their mother's husband for years. Eldest sister, Naomi, thought she finally had a way out when she confessed to the school's counselor what had been going on for years. To her dismay, her entire family turned against her and made her out to be a liar and a whore. Her whole life came crashing down the day that she took the stand to tell her truth, but found out that her sister stated the complete opposite. "We lied about everything." Those were the words that Ester was forced to say and Naomi could not understand why. She wanted and needed an escape and Ester created more turmoil and pain. After decades of more bondage and pain, the two were finally able to speak about their past and Ester was able to confess why she told the lie just to please her mother.
