It was a wonderful experience! I cried in the scene where little Mary is at her father's feet trying to calm him. I can imagine the loneliness and fear that invaded that child's heart. I traveled through John and Mary's house, could see the triumphant and magnificent room and also read between the lines of her beloved mother Helen's painting! Imaginable! What caught my attention in a larger context was to be able to see the correlation in parallel (real time) that the work brings us during the tale with the reality we live in today! Always correlating.
