The VeggieSupers are a group of super hero vegetables and fruits that travel around combating processed foods taking over diner plates and children's lives. Christian started these series to encourage kids to eat healthily and maintain fitness. There is no other way to state that we are what we eat. The better we eat, the better our quality of life will be. About the Author: Christian is a determined quick-witted, 6-year- old who loves making people laugh and telling stories. He loves all superheroes and adventures. VeggieSupers is a collection of books that encourages kids to eat healthily. Christian wants kids to know that eating their veggies is cool, especially when you have cool superheroes like The Great Grape.
