Reverends Eddie K. and Mary D. Edwards have a combined total of over 60 years' service to the Lord. With hearts of compassion, they have reached out to those considered "the least of these," in the city of Detroit and beyond. For many years, Reverend Eddie was a voice crying in the wilderness. Following his departure to his heavenly home in 2004, Dr. Mary Edwards has diligently worked to continue their family legacy. Their works can be found in the University of Michigan Legacy Library in Ann Arbor, Michigan. For generations, the roots of racism and inferiority have oppressed the African American people.
