My signature dishes made from the skills I've learned from my father, mother, her seven sisters and my step mother. I was a single mother raising two children while working and I needed tasty dishes that could last and that would be enjoyed. Then I started making tasty dishes for company, family and friend's functions. I've always received great comments about my cooking, I've been asked to cook for others and now I want to share my dishes with the world, ENJOY!
