The purpose of this book is to show, explore and opine how we as a nation can eradicate systemic racism and cultural insensitivities through behavior modification, immediate progressive policies, and structural changes. My reason for writing this timely book now was precipitated by the adverse events and effects that were heightened because of COVID-19 here in America and elsewhere. Also, this book was provoked by the unwarranted racial discrimination against African Americans and other minorities. In the world of today, it should not matter whether you are White, Black, Asian, Native American, or Latino. Today we are suffering from two pandemics: CORONAVIRUS and RACIAL PANDEMIC.
