The Poet takes us across India, from her local backdrop spanning salt pans jostling with urban infrastructure and farmlands, the tropical forests, onto the marshes of the gangetic Sunderbans, and beyond. Comprising 24 poems, each picturizes life imbued in scenic surroundings. The poet, presents the reader glimpses of the oft ignored and forgotten aspects of the beauties and colours of Mother Nature missed by many.
