This is the second volume of the saga Diversified shades of economy. This book is showcasing the universality of economy, finance and entrepreneurship. They're not universal sciences at the same level as Mathematics, but economic and financial smelling is useful daily. They contribute in human daily routine and management. Everyone is using economic and financial thinking everyday whether to assure their present and/or their future. Questioning about: How much I have today? What Job should I apply for? What career do I need? What business I want to go in? What industry will I choose to work in? Why this business is more profitable than this one? Those questions might be the center of production of this document. In this document we'll expose information, facts, data, history and culture of some countries. The dynamicity of human being will bring us to the economic analysis of the sense of responsibility, freedom, and maturity through a comparison of individuals (young adults and just out of teenagers) from different periods. Things are different and people capacities are not the same, so they end up produce different results, but we don't have a concise explanation. This analysis through the document will help us find this explanation. Our other big concern is why there's so much inequality in the world. From some observations, there's inequality between individuals, groups, communities, countries, regions and so one.
