A Shades of Sagacity is the first short-story of the Collection of Black Futuristic Folktale Goddesses. The story is about a future society of monarchy that values their women. The second to the youngest Princess of the King's children is now old enough to find herself a husband. She is distressed by who is worthy, as she must wades through a multitude of men, in finding who she thinks will be best suited for her. An army man, who is cursed with an old soul, and instills his wisdom, into a young relative. And...like always, Arava's Grandmother has come with recommendations. Note: Like all other stories in the collection, this story is based in the 24th century witha rare type of people and unbelievable extinction.
