The Breadheads, for various reasons, are not your typical family. Mom, Dad, and their five children, of whom the two youngest are twin boys named Matt and Mike, live in a modest home. In their backyard lives another member of the family, Maple, a white elephant who loves to lift weights. It is Matt and Mike's birthday and Mom has made their favourite - bread pudding. Every member of the family is sitting at the table. Ding! Dong! goes the doorbell as the twins' friends arrive for the party. Everyone is very excited while Dad goes to open the front door. But wait! What happened to the bread pudding that was on the table? It's gone! Incredulous but undeterred the entire family, along with the twins' friends, go on a search to find their precious bread pudding. Will they find it? What if they don't? Will Matt and Mike ever have a piece of outrageously delicious bread pudding ever again?
