Although she has reclaimed Baylore Palace, Queen Kalleah still does not hold power over the capital. Her rival has set up a second court, and Truthbringers rule the streets. They have already begun taking drastic action against the magic races. If Kalleah cannot round up the Truthbringers before the Whitish army arrives, her city is lost.
