Julia Timmons is finally putting her life back together after her husband leaves her for Tiffany Wells, a woman younger than the Timmons daughters. Julia has begun a fulfilling career, and the promise of a romance with her new neighbor, Paul Baker. The repetitious ringing of the doorbell disrupts Julia's peaceful night's sleep.
