Since Henry Flaggler began the development of the East Coast of Florida, Passenger trains played an important part of the development of both the Atlantic and Gulf Coast shores of the Sunshine State. This book depicts several of the passenger cars and Locomotives which were used in the Golden age of Railroad Travel. Included are drawings of the three major players, The ACL, SAL and F. E. C. Shown too are locomotives and passenger cars of the Seaboard Coast Line and Amtrak. A re-creation of an advertisement displays a map of Florida and many of the stops the passenger trains made.
