Are you experiencing higher stress levels and anxiety in your life?
Many of us are feeling more anxiety and stress due to COVID, the economic & social unrest and other factors.

I know I have been! That's why I have used the over 35 years of spiritual studies and practices to create this collection of nondenominational spiritual blessings and prayers to share with you. After prayer and meditation on how I can be a vessel for the Infinite Loving Universe's stream of compassion and healing, I've manifest this collection of prayers and blessings.

This journal gives you a space to hold for your hopes, dreams, and prayers for your highest good to unfold and for that to shared with the world!

Blessings are given to us and surround us at all times, not just for our benefit but to share with the world through us! It is for this reason I have included one page for each blessing or prayer for you to write about your thoughts, desires, and feelings regarding your life and the things you want to experience and a second page for you to share about others who you want to receive blessings too.

We create and manifest a life of blessings, abundance, good health and meaning by walking our truth in honest and compassion, answering our own calling and sharing that energy with the world around us.

Each prayer/blessing section also contains a specially designed Blessings Box grid where you can write your prayer and blessings requests for yourself, your family, your friends and the world. I encourage you to write and draw whatever is in your heart in these areas.

I've found these prayers have elevated my thoughts, feelings, faith and energy in my life and this has been hugely helpful in these stress-filled times we all share today.
