PIT, an aging Vietnam veteran with a terminally ill granddaughter SUSAN, suffering from Bone Marrow disease is in search of a matching donor and money for her treatment. SHAWN, a qualified perfect donor serves a sentence for robbery and unwilling to cooperate, unless he gets out of jail. MAT, another friend of Pit, also a Vietnam veteran has money problems of his own, as his home is about to be confiscated by the City for unpaid taxes. Their third friend DOUG, whose son JAKE is unjustifiably accused of money embezzlement while working in a bank, is under investigation and needs a reputable investigating lawyer to clear him or face a jail sentence. The three friends feel desperate, neglected and abandoned by a country that sent them to fight an unjust war and now leaves them helpless. They decide the only option they have is to violate the law of such a system and become bank robbers to serve their needs. However, after they accomplish this and satisfy their needs, they feel responsible for the poverty of other war vets' families and give away to them the leftovers of their loots. This is a family action drama, full of comedic adventures, bank robberies, an armored truck carrier hold-up, a daring prison escape by chopper, and more. It's in veins of "GO IN STYLE" (with Morgan Freeman, Alan Arkin, & Michael Caine. It all ends in a happy ending.
