Trusting God (In the Midst of a Storm) is a personal memoir by Barbara Brown-White who shares her story of how God has blessed her life. She shares with her readers how God brought her through many of life storms. What might have portrayed to those in her daily surroundings as public smiles were often private tears. At one time or another each of us will face storms in our lives. In her book she offers encouragement to those who have gone through personal storms. She shared how the storms she faced has helped her to grow spiritually. She informed her audience of the difficult obstacles she has faced such as; having an aneurysm, loosing love ones and continuing to battle a brain tumor. Also being able to write her first memoir If Only You Knew (My Story), obtaining an A. A. in Business, Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and a M. A. in Secondary Education she did not let anything deter in from her goals. She shares her love for God. Also she encourages her audience to keep trusting and to never give up. She gives all the glory and praise to God.
