The fire and the power of spiritual gifts exercised on earth brings about miracles. The title is tongues which means 'festival of lights'. When we become filled with the power of the Holy Ghost, we glow with a unique color (our personality and gifts). Then when we attach to others in the body of Christ, we are like a string of light bulbs at Christmas--a festival. We are in the last days when God is pouring out His Spirit. We receive spiritual gifts as well as spiritual fruit for the progression of the Kingdom of God here on earth. The gifts are intended to be extended through the Church or the body of Christ and are best shared through the spirit of prophecy intertwined with the seven spirits of God. In essence, when we share spiritual gifts with others, we extend God's hand on earth. Become part of it. Chapters include: God's Presence, Expectations, Preparation, Purification, Present Him to Them, Becoming the Answer to Their Prayers, and Caëfa. The last chapter (Caëfa) provides insight into how the author did it.
