Chris Hodges has been diagnosed as a nudist based on his psychological profile and three fallacious "naked events" from his past, however, he hates being naked. He lives in Saint Louis, where an aggressive population control measure has been implemented that sterilizes anyone with a diagnosed irregular trait. With his diagnosis as a nudist, he will never have his sterilization reversed and be on the Approved for Posterity list. Therefore, he will never become a father, his life's dream. Chris must fight the bogus nature of his malady in order to fulfill his fantasy of becoming a parent and completing the vision that his own father instilled in him long ago.
