This Grade 3.5 arrangement of the Welsh hymn tune, "Llangfloggan", requires the technical skills, range, and maturity of high school or college-level performers. This hymn is unique in that it works well in both minor and major mode, and in this arrangement, it is scored in the concert key both G minor and Bb major. When in a major mode, the name is usually "Llanfryllin". The range is not extreme, rhythmic demands are minimal, and the tune, which is well known, makes this an easy piece to put together and a popular choice for performances in many types of church services, even during the Christmas season.
