From time to time, we have all used an excuse or two. They just come out when we really don't want to do something. They are harmless, right? Well over the years as a Nazarene Pastor, I have collected some of the excuses people make for not attending church, not surrendering to God, not going "all in" and becoming a fully devoted follower of Jesus'. I take each of these excuses and add a twist to them. That twist, "What If" Jesus used the same excuses on us that we use to avoid Him? This is a fun way to take a look at how our excuses may be holding us back from receiving everything Jesus wants to pour out on us.
